Paul Eisman

President and Chief Executive Officer

Paul Eisman is President and Chief Executive Officer of Alon. With more than 30 years of refining experience and expertise, he provides overall leadership to Alon’s refining production and retail business operations.

Prior to joining Alon in March 2010, Eisman served as Executive Vice President of Refining and Marketing Operations with Frontier Oil Corporation and Senior Vice President of Planning with Valero. His career also includes a number of technical, commercial and leadership positions with Ultramar Diamond Shamrock and KBC Advanced Technlogoies, a leading consulting firm to the international refining industry.

Eisman is a graduate of the Harvard Advanced Management Program and he earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1978.
