Alan Moret

Senior Vice President of Supply

Alan Moret is Senior Vice President of Supply at Alon.  Moret joined the company in August 2006 in connection with Alon’s acquisition of Paramount Petroleum Corporation, where he served as President from November 2001 to August 2006.

Moret has more than 30 years of experience with refining and asphalt.  He oversees asphalt operations and marketing at our refineries and asphalt terminals. Prior to joining Paramount Petroleum, Moret held various positions with Atlantic Richfield Company, most recently as President of ARCO Crude Trading, Inc. and served as President of ARCO Seaway Pipeline Company from 1997 to 1998.

Moret is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University where he earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering in 1976.
